FREE TO FLY

Get a free flight test at BANDALOOP: Float in the air and dance on walls! No experience necessary.

TIPS TO ENHANCE YOUR EXPERIENCE:

- Bring comfortable clothes to move in, layers for warmth/padding and water/refillable water bottle.

- Limit the amount of coffee or other acidic foods you take in right before the event as it could affect your stomach when you go upside down.

TOUCH GRAVITY

Bandaloop Partnering: on the ground and in the air.

With the ground as our first partner, this workshop starts in a sensation-based quest to have an honest relationship with gravity. Laying a foundation of respect and sensitivity in person to person touch, we will activate principles of contact improvisation mixed with BANDALOOP’s signature on and off the ground dancing. We will leave space for surprise in the dance, strengthen our ability to be present to the unfolding physical moment and stay open to the unknown. We will offer tried and true techniques - sound body mechanics for shared weight, landing gear, taking lifts and riding momentum in partnership.

All gear will be provided.
